1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Siazo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Siazo is an AI-powered video creation platform that enables users to generate video content from text prompts. The service includes AI script generation, video rendering, voiceover synthesis, and background music generation.

3. Account & Authentication

You must sign in via Google OAuth to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You must not share your session or allow unauthorized access to your account.

4. Credits & Payments

The following terms apply to the credit-based system used by the Service:

  • The Service operates on a pay-as-you-go, credit-based system. Credits are consumed when generating videos.
  • Promotional credits, if offered, are non-transferable and subject to terms at the time of issuance.
  • Credits are purchased in packs and never expire. You may use them at your own pace, whenever you need.
  • We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and allocation at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

The following cancellation and refund terms apply:

  • Credit purchases are non-refundable. Since purchased credits never expire, you are free to use them at your leisure as and when you need.
  • Video generation requests cannot be cancelled. Once a video generation request is submitted and credits are deducted, the generation cannot be cancelled and the credits cannot be refunded.
  • If a video generation fails for any reason, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the final generated video.
  • In the event that we are unable to fulfill a video generation request despite our best efforts, the corresponding credits will be refunded back to your account.

6. Content Ownership & License

You own the videos and scripts you generate through Siazo. However, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content as necessary to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you create and its compliance with applicable laws.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates third-party rights
  • Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or abuse the platform
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
  • Circumvent rate limits or credit systems

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by AI may not always be accurate, appropriate, or free of errors. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee that generated content will be suitable for any particular purpose.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Siazo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your stored content may be deleted.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
